Urethane
When a floor has to handle forklift traffic, heavy equipment, and daily thermal cycling, we turn to urethane: a tougher, more flexible coating than standard epoxy, built for the hardest-working floors in the GTA.

Urethane systems resist thermal shock (hot washdowns, freezer transitions), heavy abrasion, and chemical exposure better than epoxy alone, which is why they're common in manufacturing plants, food and beverage facilities, and commercial kitchens.
We apply urethane as a standalone topcoat or layered over an epoxy base system, depending on the traffic and chemical exposure your facility actually sees.
Ideal For
- Manufacturing plants
- Food & beverage facilities
- Commercial kitchens
Why This System
- Resists thermal shock and temperature swings
- Handles heavy forklift and equipment traffic
- Strong chemical and abrasion resistance
- Can be layered over an epoxy base
